HOW DO WE PAY?
Let's face it, this is the worst part about weddings! Paying all your vendors and organising those payments can be a real headache. We try to make things as simple as possible and offer credit/debit card/PayPal payments or bank transfer. You can pay any way that suits you, e.g. a small amount each month so you don't have to worry about a lump payment at the end.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?
Because we work all across Tassie, we don't make our packages inclusive of travel. That way couples who are getting hitched 5min away from our place aren't charged unnecessarily! Up to 50km of travel is included in the total cost of the packages. If you're outside of 50km, we'll let you know how much upfront before you even accept the quote.
WE WANT TO INCLUDE OUR PET IN THE WEDDING AND PHOTOS, IS THAT OKAY?
Absolutely! We are proud parents of two very mischievious beagles so we know how to work well with those furry family members.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO SECURE THE DATE?
All bookings are only locked in once a contract has been signed and a retainer paid. Unfortunately we're not able to hold a date until those two things are done.
WHEN WE WILL RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS/VIDEO
We fully appreciate the itch to see all those moments from your day but unfortunately editing takes an unruly amount of time (our OCD doesn't help haha). We want your photos/video to be absolutely perfect so we take our time with each of these. On average, your photos are ready no later than 4 weeks after the wedding and video can vary but on average 6-8 weeks.
WHAT IF WE WANT SOMETHING MORE EXTREME FOR OUR ELOPEMENT (HIKING, DIVING, ETC)?
Yes, yes and more yes! We're always up for an adventure! Whether it's a sunrise hike up a mountain or 4WD into that perfect spot in the forest, we're keen to make those photos/video dreams possible!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
This all comes down to when you're getting married but we typically receive inquiries for peak wedding season anywhere from 12-24 months out. Don't let that put you off, reach out to us about your date and hopefully we can make something work!
